Todd was born and raised in Savannah. His formal education is in Fish & Wildlife Management. Soon after graduating from college and working for Ft. Stewart Fish & Wildlife, Todd got his real estate license and left the wildlife field. Working for a local real estate/construction firm, his attention quickly turned to the construction side of the company. In 2015, Todd started Rodenberg Builders and soon became a licensed General Contractor. Todd has a passion for being outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, boating, or just walking around outside with his sons, and also enjoys woodworking as a hobby. Todd’s favorite part about construction is watching the finished product come together and seeing homeowners light up seeing their vision come to fruition.
